Our research group works with and studies prevention and rehabilitation for people with mental disorders. We focus on developing initiatives that meet the needs of both patients, healthcare professionals and organisations and thereby contribute to evidence based practice.
We conduct qualitative research in a psychiatric context aiming to create knowledge on health professionals' experiences with recovery-oriented practice, patient involvement and cross-sectoral collaboration.
Our research examines quality of life in healthy people of different ages and patients with physical and mental health challenges in different life situations using patient-reported questionnaires (PROMS). Furthermore, our methods include interviews, participant observations, discourse analysis, qualitative content analysis, systematic reviews, and questionnaires.
