New study on health literacy and organisational change processes

A new study on the development and testing of the tool OS (OHL-Act) has just been published.

The study is authored by Camilla Klingenberg, Anne Sofie Dydensborg Rasmussen, Maiken Meldgaard, Helle Terkildsen Maindal and Anna Aaby from @REACH.

The OS (OHL-Act) method:

  • Assesses organisational health literacy

  • Identifies and prioritises improvement initiatives within organisational health literacy

  • Involves the entire organisation in the development of organisational health literacy

The article “Co-Creating Organisational Health Literacy: Formative Evaluation and Feasibility Testing of OHL-Act” is published in International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.

The study is funded by the Danish Health Authority and has informed the development of their publication on OS.
