PtDAs & SDM interventioner

Både Beslutningsstøtteredskaber (Patient Decision Aids (PtDAs) og Fælles beslutningstagning (Shared Decision Making (SDM)) spiller en essentiel rolle som patientinvolverende interventioner. Begge typer interventioner fokuserer på beslutningsprocessen i sundhedsvæsenet.

Beslutningsstøtteredskaber er ressourcer, som hjælper patienterne med at tage velbegrundede beslutninger om, hvilken behandling der passer bedst ind i deres daglige liv. De bruges ofte i forbindelse med fælles beslutningstagning.

Fælles beslutningstagning finder sted i konsultationen og er en interaktiv proces, hvor patienter og sundhedsprofessionelle arbejder sammen om at vælge den bedst mulige sundhedsydelse.

Både patienter og sundhedsprofessionelle udveksler forståelse af og argumenterer for præferencer og implementerer derefter det valgte alternativ.

Eksemplerne på disse typer interventioner, som følger nedenfor, er alle validerede af forskningen.
